JSW Dharamtar Port Private Limited, located on the banks of the Amba River, approximately 23 nautical miles from Mumbai Harbour via sea route in Raigad District of Maharashtra stands as a pivotal hub for maritime trade. 

With the quay length of 1,195 mtrs, the port handling capacity is 34 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) with efficient, mechanised, state of art cargo handling facility. This is 1st of its kind riverine port with such mechanised handling facilities and operating at ~ 80% of its capacity with specially designed Mini Bulk Carrier of 8000 DWT and 3,000 DWT Barges. Further, the port has sufficient waterfront available for the future capacity expansion for its captive customer as well 3rd Party customers.

Primed to handle both bulk and break-bulk cargo, JSW Dharamtar Port plays a vital role in facilitating the operations of JSW Steel's steel manufacturing facility and a segment of JSW Cement's cement manufacturing facilities in Dolvi, Maharashtra. Its diverse cargo portfolio encompasses iron-bearing raw materials, coal-bearing raw materials, fluxes, clinkers, slag, and steel finished products.
