JSW Jaigarh Port is the first deep water, 24/7 operational private port in Maharashtra.  Inaugurated in August 2009, JSW Jaigarh Port was built in a record time of 20 months.  This greenfield, all-weather port occupies a strategic location on the west coast, as it is situated between the ports of Mumbai and Goa.
 
Currently, the port having a cargo handling capacity of 55 million tonnes per annum. Jaigarh aims to become one of the most modern and mechanized ports in India, benchmarked to international standards. The Port intends to be the facility of choice for all customers in Maharashtra and Karnataka by adopting and developing the latest technology. Jaigarh Port offers port-related services in a way that ensures enduring value to the customers, community, and environment.

  • India’s largest covered shed in port for Bulk handling.
  • India’s first Floating storage and Regasification unit (FSRU) based LNG terminal.
  • India’s first Floating storage unit (FSU) based LPG terminal.
  • Handled one of the largest bulk cargo vessels in India and also the highest sugar exporter amongst the private ports in India.
  • Dedicated specialised MBC loading facility for Inland waterway transportation.
